Introduction
ALARM Education was scaling rapidly but their platform was holding them back. Paint-point: teachers needed two separate logins to access courses and resources, causing confusion and frustration.

The Challenge
ALARM Education approached Finko after hearing strong referrals about our ability to solve complex UX problems quickly. Their users: time-poor teachers and school leaders. Were frustrated about confusing systems and inconsistent experiences. Internally, the team struggled with outdated workflows, increasing tech debt, and a platform that couldn’t support their growth trajectory.
